Family Law Clinic

Legal Aid Society maintains a pro se clinic in the Matheson Courthouse Room W-15, and in the West Jordan Courthouse to assist individuals who are representing themselves in family law matters such as divorce or custody cases.

When you use the clinic, Legal Aid does not represent you - you represent yourself on a pro se (without an attorney) basis and are responsible for your own case.

Clinic staff cannot give you legal advice, but will provide information about the legal process, provide legal forms and assistance in completing them, and help you schedule hearings with the court clerk.
