Domestic Violence Victims Assistance Program
DVVA program services are provided free of charge, regardless of the applicant's income or citizenship status.

Domestic Relations Program
There is a non-refundable application fee of $25.00. If your case is accepted, the $25.00 application fee will be applied towards your client fee. The client fee for domestic relations cases based on household income relative to the federal poverty rate is:

• $200: Up to 100% of federal poverty rate ($175 after deducting application fee)
• $400: 100% to 150% of federal poverty rate ($375 after deducting application fee)
• $600: 151% to 200% of federal poverty rate ($575 after deducting application fee)

Bridge the Gap
This program seeks to bridge the gap between assistance with a protective order and expedited assistance with a divorce or parentage (custody) case. Income-eligible victims of domestic violence with a current protective order can apply for the Bridge-the-Gap program at the time they file their protective order or go to How to Apply and complete the application process. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee. If the application is approved, there is a reduced administrative fee relative to the federal poverty rate and household size and the application fee is applied towards the administrative fee:

• $50: Up to 100% of federal poverty rate: ($25 after deducting application fee)
• $100: 101 to 150% of federal poverty rate: ($75 after deducting application fee)
• $200: 151 to 200% of federal poverty rate: $200 ($175 after deducting application fee)
